This investment proposal presents a distinctive opportunity involving acquiring and leasing a fishery tank. The investors will buy from Terraverde LLC / Verdeterra LLC which is a Dubai based company which had the exclusivity of selling the fish farm containers. The container is then leased to Hosha Vitality General Trading LLC for a duration of 10 years with a guaranteed annual rent of 20% covering maintenance expenses. The rental arrangement will feature an option for renewal for another five years, contingent upon the tank’s condition and a revised rate.
The main terms of the investments are:
- Tank Purchase: The investor will purchase a fishery tank from Terraverde LLC/ Guanxing International Agricultural Technology Limited a manufacturer specializing in producing fish tanks according to their specifications.
- Rental Agreement: The investor, at the same time of the buying, will secure a rental agreement with Hosha Vitality General Trading LLC, a company which lease and manage the fish farms.
- Renewal Option: The rental agreement will include an option to renew the lease for an additional five years. The renewal rate will be revised based on market condition.
